Job Summary
We are seeking an Arch BIM Modeler with 5+ years of experience to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of advanced architectural BIM models for international projects, ensuring compliance with global standards and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic creation and management of BIM models tailored to project objectives.
- Attend co-ordination meetings to ensure the models aligns with client standards or EIR.
- Produce, review, and coordinate comprehensive construction documentation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to resolve complex modelling and coordination challenges.
- Conduct regular model audits, quality assurance checks, and version control.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, upholding high modelling standards.
- Implement process improvements and support BIM adoption initiatives.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and project managers for seamless project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and BIM 360 also BIM collaboration platforms (i.e, ACC, CDE).
- Expertise in model-based quantity take-offs, BIM content creation, and scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards, architectural detailing, and construction sequencing, LOD specification, COBIE.
- Strong visualization skills using VRay, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination abilities.
