Al Zahia City Center Sharjah
  • Description –    Al Zahia City Center is a ‘super-regional’ shopping mall at Al Zahia community in Sharjah, which is planned to open in 2018. Al Zahia is a 1.3 million square meter (14m sq. ft.) master planned gated community being developed by Majid Al Futtaim and owned by Sharjah Holding, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim and the Government of Sharjah.The project is targeting LEED Gold under LEED CS 2009 Version. Conserve is facilitating LEED Certification process for Enabling and Piling Works on behalf of M/s HSSG.

  • Scope –    Design & Construction Stage LEED Facilitation
  • Description –    We have been appointed by M/s DENVER Engineering to facilitate both the design and construction stage LEED facilitation for a target Gold rating under LEED 2009 Commercial Interiors Rating System for Tram Depot in Msheireb downtown, Doha.
Zulal Destination Spa & Five Star Family Resort Al Ruwais
  • Scope –    Construction Stage LEED Facilitation
  • Client –     Al Sraiya Trading & Contracting WLL
  • Description –    Conserve has been appointed by M/s Al Sraiya to facilitate Construction Stage LEED Certification Documentation for the project. The project is located approximately 120Km north of Doha, 5Km east of the town of Al Ruwais. The project site is approximately 10 Ha, which is part of an Overall Site of 28 Ha, which is intended to be developed by the Employer in to a comprehensive wellness and recreational area. The scope of the Destination spa and Five Star Resort Project is the development of a 60 key Destination Spa and a 120 key Family Resort within the Project Site. The approximate gross built up area of the Project is 23,500 m2, with extensive outdoor and exterior areas of landscaping, roads, lagoons, and the like, as would be normally expected for a resort development of this type.
