Job Summary
We are seeking an Architectural BIM Expert with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality BIM models, drive project documentation, and coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams for international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of advanced architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Maintain code sets, limited models and shared co-ordinates effectively.
- Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents and drawings.
- Oversee model version control, change documentation, and conduct regular model audits.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and design integration.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to BIM standards and best practices.
- Resolve complex modelling and project coordination issues efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain high modelling standards.
Technical / Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong skills in architectural detailing, documentation, and model-based quantity take-offs.
- Ability to perform scan-to-BIM workflows and manage as-built/renovation models.
- Proficiency in visualization and rendering tools (VRay, Photoshop, Lumion).
- Strong understanding in file sharing protocols as per ISO19650.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture
