Job Summary
We are seeking an Arch BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality, data-rich BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and excellence in design coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models aligned with project requirements.
- Participate in Internal coordination meetings and design reviews
- Produce, review, and coordinate comprehensive construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams for model coordination and clash detection.
- Develop parametric families, annotations, schedules and taps
- Conduct regular model audits, version control, and quality assurance checks.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members in modelling standards and output quality.
- Implement process improvements and maintain BIM library content.
- Resolve complex modelling and coordination challenges, including Scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling.
- Maintain level of development (LOD) as per project phase.
Technical / Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp.
- Experience with scan-to-BIM, point cloud conversion, and as-built models.
- Strong visualization and rendering skills using VRay, Photoshop, and Lumion.
- Thorough understanding of architectural detailing, documentation, and ISO 19650 workflows and architectural standards.
- Excellent communication, interdisciplinary coordination, and team collaboration skills.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil
