Vertical Transportation Design

Conserve hosts a dedicated, experienced vertical transportation engineering team with the capability to deliver the full spectrum of Vertical Transportation systems with optimum design recommendations for long-term safety and efficient operations, which includes:

Traffic Analysis

Conserve shall perform traffic analysis using relevant software to design different vertical transportation options considering designed entry/exits, lift cores, parking allocations, spaces allocations & associated people movement, project budget constraints, safety regulations and any specific client requirements during the concept / schematic design stage.

Detailed Design

Based on outcomes from traffic analysis and initial discussions with the project team during concept / schematic design stage, Conserve shall prepare detailed design layouts for the complete VT systems including machine rooms, cabs & Hoist way/pits and we will ensure proper coordination with below teams / disciplines during the detailed design stage to ensure effective implementation during the construction stage.

Architecture & Interiors – Code review, Space allocations, Aesthetic requirements, etc.

Mechanical – Lift Machine Room & Equipment cooling and ventilation requirements

Other disciplines like Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, BMS, PAVA, Sustainability, etc.

Structure – Load estimates

Electrical – Load estimates, Lighting and Power interfacing

Tender Support

Conserve shall prepare tender specifications in line with CSI guidelines or any local / international regulatory requirements. We will follow data / inputs from the project’s preferred vendors list to ease approvals or selections during procurement process.

Construction Support

Conserve shall work with Contractors during procurement and installation for any technical discussions or coordination with the assigned supplier / vendor. We shall support in reviewing proposed submittal / products in-line with the project design and requirements.
