Project Summary
Conserve Solutions conducted precision 3D laser scanning and developed LOD 500 As-Built models and drawings for a major metro transit station and associated 3 km via duct. The work covered detailed MEP and architectural systems, ensuring accurate representation from scan data. Additionally, Operation and Maintenance information was incorporated according to COBie standards to facilitate efficient facility lifecycle management. This project highlights expertise in advanced BIM documentation and infrastructure asset management.
