Qatar Metro Project

This underground metro development encompasses facilities across multiple levels: Under Platform Level, Platform Level, Concourse Level, and Grade Level. Services include MEP Technical Rooms, Telecom Rooms, Office Spaces, and Retail Spaces. Conserve Solutions was responsible for preparing coordinated LOD 400 BIM models and detailed shop drawings for the MEP systems of four key stations of Qatar. The MEP scope covered HVAC, plumbing (water and drainage), fire protection, small power, extra low voltage, lighting, earthing and lightning protection, containment, and fire alarm systems. This project highlights Conserve’s capacity for large-scale, multi-disciplinary BIM modelling and sustainable transit infrastructure facilitation in Qatar.
