Conserve Solutions facilitated the GSAS certification for the Commercial Buildings, a premium commercial development located in Lusail Marina District. The project comprises four interconnected office buildings featuring retail shops, dining areas, spa, and gym facilities, all arranged around a central courtyard. Designed by Renewed Architects & Engineers, the buildings integrate modern architectural design with sustainable performance criteria under GSAS v2.0 Commercial Typology. This project emphasizes Conserve’s expertise in large-scale sustainability facilitation for mixed-use business complexes in Qatar’s evolving urban landscape.
