Project Summary
Conserve Solutions conducted an advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) thermal comfort study for the Iconic Stadium, focusing on the Electrical and ICT rooms. A detailed 3D model of the entire domain was developed, including precise geometry, locations, and sizes of air outlets. Boundary conditions such as temperature, relative humidity, and flow rate were defined to simulate real-world environmental conditions accurately.
The CFD analysis provided insights into the airflow patterns within these critical rooms, helping identify thermal hotspots. Based on the results, Conserve offered engineering recommendations to address non-conformances and optimize thermal comfort, ensuring efficient cooling system performance and operational reliability of sensitive equipment.
This project showcases Conserve’s expertise in applying CFD technologies to optimize indoor environmental quality in high-profile stadium infrastructure critical to Qatar’s sporting legacy.
