Stadium Project – Legacy Mode – Qatar

Conserve Solutions was engaged by the main contractor for the iconic Stadium, to facilitate the GSAS design and build process as well as construction management. The stadium, with an 80,000 seating capacity, served as the focal venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ opening and closing ceremonies and final match. During the legacy mode, Conserve provided comprehensive sustainability consultancy and MEP sub-consultancy services, preparing detailed specifications, calculations, and BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project exemplifies integration of advanced sustainability criteria in world-class sports infrastructure, supporting Qatar’s commitment to environmental stewardship and urban legacy development.
