Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was appointed by contractor for advanced laser scanning and LOD 500 As-Built modelling of the Metro Station on the Qatar Green Line , covering the 3-km via-duct for MEP and architectural systems. The project focuses on delivering precise as-built layouts derived from laser scan point cloud data, integrating operation and maintenance details per COBie standards. Conserve also supports the GSAS Design & Build and Construction Management certifications under the GSAS v2.1 Railways typology targeting a 4-Star rating. This project exemplifies precision BIM application and sustainable design facilitation for critical transit infrastructure in Qatar’s capital.
