Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Design and construction stage LEED Gold Certification for the project. The project is a complex building and is made up for three units: Souk, hotel and business center. A multi-zone shopping mall and commercial center with a retail area of 23,199 square meters. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, family entertainment areas and cinema with multi-story car park with an area of 25,530 square meters accommodating 500 vehicles, Green spaces and parks. A 3-star Hampton by Hilton with 110 rooms.
