Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was appointed by contractor to facilitate the Construction Stage LEED certification documentation for the Spa and Five Star Family Resort project located near Qatar. The project spans a 10-hectare site within a larger 28-hectare development aimed at creating a premier wellness and recreational destination. The resort comprises a 60-key destination spa and a 120-key family resort with a gross built-up area of approximately 23,500 m², complemented by landscaped outdoor areas featuring lagoons, roads, and extensive natural amenities. The facilitation scope includes ensuring compliance with LEED v2009 new construction standards, supporting sustainable design and construction practices to achieve LEED certification.
This project exemplifies Conserve’s expertise in managing green building certifications for luxury hospitality and resort developments aligned with Qatar’s sustainable tourism objectives.
