Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was entrusted with facilitating the GSAS v2.1 Rails certification process for a key underground metro station directly connected to a major international airport terminal. The station targets a GSAS 4-Star rating, encompassing platform, concourse, and grade-level facilities, along with a pedestrian link to the airport terminal.
Our contribution included the deployment of a dedicated on-site Sustainability Engineer, responsible for:
- Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with GSAS Design & Build and Construction Management requirements
- Managing documentation, audits, and technical submissions for GSAS LOC (Letter of Conformance)
- Ensuring integration of sustainability best practices into design and construction workflows
