Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was appointed to prepare a fully coordinated LOD 400 BIM model and detailed MEP shop drawings for the Infrastructure project, The large-scale development includes over 100 luxury villas, 96 residential apartments, and a proposed school designed to accommodate 4,000 students.
The BIM model integrates multiple infrastructure utilities, including district cooling, stormwater, potable water, sewage, solid waste collection, and street lighting, ensuring a clash-free design that enhances constructability and system integration for this landmark community development.
