Stadium Project – Qatar

Al Bayt Stadium is a landmark sports venue located in Qatar, approximately 40 km from Doha. Developed as part of Qatar’s hosting of the FIFA World Cup 2022, it features a seating capacity of 60,000 spectators and includes internal offices, retail spaces, and a cinema. Conserve Solutions was appointed to facilitate GSAS certification at the construction stage, focusing on MEP criteria to help achieve the project’s sustainability goals with a 4-star target rating.
