- Construction Stage Envision Facilitation
Project Summary
Conserve Solutions has been appointed by General Contractor to provide Envision Certification facilitation for the construction stage of the NEOM Spine Earthwork Project, located in the Coastal Desert West Region of NEOM. The large-scale initiative covers Lot 7B, extending across chainage CH 44+500 to CH 49+000, with an excavation footprint of approximately 1.3 km², a length of 4.5 km, a bottom width of 125 meters, and a maximum depth of 34 meters.
The project involves major components such as the Coastal Spine Excavation (including the Hidden Marina), spoil storage areas, and temporary site access roads. Under NEOM’s vision to create sustainable, future-ready infrastructure, the project emphasizes responsible resource management, reduced environmental impact, and sustainable construction methodologies.
Conserve Solutions is leading the Envision facilitation process, guiding documentation, evaluating compliance with sustainability metrics, and coordinating efforts among project stakeholders. This initiative supports NEOM’s goal of achieving Envision Platinum Certification, representing the highest standard of sustainability performance under the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure’s (ISI) framework.
This project reinforces Conserve Solutions’ capability in driving sustainability integration and certification excellence for transformative infrastructure developments aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
