3D Modeling and Detailing for the Piping System – Piping
Project Summary
Conserve was entrusted with providing complete 3D modeling and detailing services for the piping system within the main process area of the Petrochemical Project. The scope encompassed the creation of detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings for the entire piping network across a multi-storey process facility, including roof-level systems.
The project involved modeling approximately 1,350 individual piping lines to ensure precise design representation, seamless integration with structural and mechanical components, and adherence to established engineering and safety standards. Conserve’s engineering team focused on delivering highly accurate, clash-free models that support efficient coordination between disciplines and smooth project execution.
Through this engagement, Conserve delivered fabrication-ready documentation and design outputs that improved constructability, reduced rework, and enhanced overall project efficiency—reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence in piping design and 3D modeling services across complex industrial facilities.
