Project Summary
The Sewage Treatment Project involved the detailed engineering and design validation of internal piping networks within the facility’s zone-wise buildings. The objective was to ensure structural integrity, compliance with design standards, and accurate as-built documentation for the sewage treatment system.
Conserve was responsible for conducting comprehensive piping stress analysis under various loading conditions, including hydrostatic, sustained, operating, seismic, and thermal expansion scenarios. The team designed optimized steel and concrete supports, including foundation elements, to accommodate all calculated piping loads.
In addition, Conserve developed Piping GA drawings, Stress Isometric (Fabrication) Drawings, and Equipment GA Drawings, integrating updates from stress and support design outcomes. Detailed support fabrication drawings and BOQs were prepared to support construction and installation activities.
The project deliverables were finalized with As-Built documentation, reflecting all redline markups and field modifications provided by the client. All analyses and drawings were executed in full compliance with client specifications and international engineering standards, ensuring design reliability, structural safety, and ease of maintenance for the sewage treatment facility.
