King Salman University is a flagship academic development within the Northern Cultural District of Diriyah Gate, comprising eight interconnected buildings (Z1–Z8) across three functional hubs: the University Hub, Academic Core, and Health and Wellness Hub – connected via a shared basement, shaded colonnades, and walkways.

Conserve was appointed as Construction Stage Sustainability Consultant, facilitating LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold documentation across the entire multi-building campus.

The scope required simultaneous coordination across eight building packages, addressing energy performance, water efficiency, indoor environment quality for specialised academic spaces, sustainable materials procurement, and commissioning of shared campus-wide MEP infrastructure.
