Delivered advanced engineering support through comprehensive piping stress analysis and support design. The scope included generation of isometric drawings from 3D scan data, CAESAR II stress analysis under applicable load conditions, and modal and vibration studies in accordance with ASME B31.1 requirements. Detailed pipe support load data and optimized support configurations were developed to address stress and vibration concerns. The final recommendations improved system reliability, safety, and long-term operational performance.
