Single-Storey Residential Extension in Liverpool – UK

The project involved the design and technical development of a proposed single-storey rear extension to an existing semi-detached residence in Liverpool. The extension was intended to enlarge the ground floor living area and improve the overall spatial functionality of the property.

Conserve provided architectural and structural engineering support for the scheme, including technical detailing, structural calculations and coordinated construction drawings. The project documentation was prepared to satisfy relevant UK Building Regulations, planning guidance, and residential construction requirements.
