Project Summary

The House of Al Saud Museum is a landmark cultural attraction within the Northern Cultural District of Diriyah Gate, celebrating the heritage and legacy of the Al Saud family through richly layered, immersive exhibition experiences. Designed to inspire pride among Saudi nationals and offer a compelling destination for international visitors, it positions Diriyah as a world-class centre of historical significance.

As Construction Stage Sustainability Consultant, Conserve facilitated LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification by managing a comprehensive credit documentation. Our work encompassed the review of materials submittals, waste diversion tracking, thermal comfort and acoustic performance verification, low-emitting material compliance, and the commissioning of all building systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
