Sustainability Consultancy – Construction Stage

Project Summary

The Journey of 100 Stories (Bait Al-Rawi) is a unique cultural exhibition destination within Diriyah Gate, comprising three storytelling visitor centre nodes overlooking King Salman Square. Each node serves as an immersive narrative gateway, celebrating the heroes, personalities, and defining moments of Saudi history through cutting-edge exhibition design and interactive experiences.

Conserve delivered Construction Stage sustainability consultancy, managing the full credit documentation for LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification. Our scope encompassed the preparation and coordination of all required credit documentation including construction site visit, development of construction plans, review of material submittals, indoor air quality management, and commissioning verification -alongside monthly compliance reporting to ensure construction practices aligned with both certification frameworks.
