The Misk Heritage Institute (MHI) is a flagship cultural and educational asset within the Diriyah Gate Master Plan, established by the Misk Foundation under HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Serving as Saudi Arabia’s leading incubator for contemporary skills in the arts, heritage, and culture sectors, the institute empowers Saudi youth to embrace their heritage while preparing them for the Kingdom’s emerging creative economy.

Conserve was appointed as Construction Stage Sustainability Consultant, facilitating dual LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification. Our scope encompassed the preparation and coordination of all required credit documentation, including construction site visit, development of construction plans, review of material submittals, indoor air quality management, and commissioning verification alongside monthly compliance reporting to ensure construction practices aligned with both certification frameworks.
