Send the project
Share the project folder with its drawings, specs and catalogs. If your catalogs are custom, send those too — that is the norm, not a problem.

Agree the scope
We confirm which areas to convert, the target version, and how items should be named to match your standards.

Convert and verify
We run the conversion and check the result against the source — element counts, sizes, connectivity and data completeness — before anything is sent back.

Delivery and handover
You receive the final files and a summary of what was converted. We walk your team through it so they can pick it up immediately.

A working .rvt in the Revit version your project runs on, with elements placed as real families rather than imported geometry.

Elements join into working systems and follow their line numbers, so flow, filtering and clash checks all behave normally.

Spec, line number, service, size, pressure class and tags arrive as Revit parameters — schedulable, taggable and ready for takeoff.

A reusable Revit family library built from your own piping specs and catalogs, including custom company catalogs.

DWG File Format
Export the Plant 3D Model as a ZEX file using Ze' Xchange's Plant 3D Exporter.

ZEX File Format
The ZEX file carries all the design data information from the model.

Import the ZEX file inside Revit using Ze' Xchange's Revit Importer
