Conserve Solutions, founded in 2016, is a purpose-driven engineering and technology firm that has grown from a small team of Indian innovators into a global leader with over 700 professionals and a presence across 10+ countries. With more than 1600 projects delivered worldwide, we are guided by an ambitious vision to challenge conventions, solve complex problems with empathy, and set new benchmarks of excellence. Mr. K.M. Bazeeth Ahamed

Co Founder & Director

Mr. K. M. Bazeeth Ahamed has completed his Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology in 2002 and has spent 22 years in Academics, Research, MEP Contracting, Energy Audits and Green Building Consultancy.

He is a Certified Energy Manager and Energy Auditor.

He is a LEED AP with two specialties BD+C and O+M. And he is also ASHRAE Certified Building Energy Assessment Professional.

He has successfully trained more than 4000 plus professionals in LEED, Green Buildings and MEP Services across the world.

Mr. Nagarajan Nehruji

Co Founder & Director

Mr. Nagarajan Nehruji is a seasoned professional with 22+ years of expertise across the full lifecycle of construction and building services engineering.

As Co-Founder of Conserve Solutions, he has been instrumental in driving innovation and forecasting emerging technologies to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions

He brings a unique combination of technical and management expertise, strengthening project outcomes through effective design, project management, and client engagement.

A strong advocate of knowledge transfer and mentorship, he continues to guide teams at Conserve in adopting new technologies and delivering excellence, fueling the company’s rapid growth.
