Conserve Solutions provides LEED certification facilitation and documentation for a major mixed-use business and retail development in Kuwait. The project comprises retail units, showrooms, food and beverage outlets, multipurpose halls, and office spaces—all designed in modular schemes on a site totaling over 135,000 m². Key sustainable features include full native landscaping, efficient irrigation using non-potable water, high-efficiency lighting, and optimized building envelopes for improved thermal performance. The development aims for LEED Silver certification, demonstrating strong commitment to environmental quality and sustainable urban design practices.
