Scope of Work
Pipe Stress Analysis for the Downstream Piping
Project Summary
- Conserve shall perform Stress analysis of piping systems complying with requirements of GS DEL PVV 107 and ASME B31. 3.
- Conserve shall perform stress analysis taking into account all factors inducing stresses under static & dynamic conditions in accordance with applicable codes and COMPANY standards (GS-DEL-PVV-107).
- Stress analysis shall be carried out for all the applicable load cases and process
- conditions such as: operating, design, hydro test & occasional (Seismic, Wind, Water Hammer etc.) conditions.
- The piping on the bridges/Piperack, above ground portions & tie -ins shall be suitably modelled while carrying out the stress analysis.
- Conserve shall update the piping isometrics, by incorporating the any changes (if required), type / location of supports in line w ith approved Stress analysis reports.
- Piping MTO shall be provided if changes in line routing due to stress analysis.
