Project Summary
Conserve Solutions delivered high-precision LOD 400 BIM models and coordinated MEP shop drawings for three key underground metro stations within the Qatar metro network. The stations consist of complex multi-level facilities encompassing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power distribution, ELV, fire alarm, earthing and lightning protection, and containment infrastructure. This comprehensive BIM modelling and documentation supported construction readiness and precise MEP integration, adhering to strict coordination and timeline requirements. The project demonstrates Conserve’s capabilities in large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure projects critical to the successful implementation of Qatar’s advanced urban transit system.
