Conserve Solutions is facilitating the GSAS certification process for the Residential Project, a major educational and institutional development of Qatar. the project includes 31 buildings spread across a master planned campus integrating academic, administrative, and support facilities.
he project aims to achieve a 2-Star rating under GSAS v2.1 Neighbourhood Scheme, focusing on sustainable energy practices, environmental management, and community-scale efficiency. Conserve’s role covers complete GSAS documentation, energy assessment validation, and support for on-site compliance during the construction phase, ensuring alignment with Qatar’s national sustainable infrastructure goals.
