The Oceanarium & Coral Farm is an immersive waterfront attraction celebrating the ecological richness and
biodiversity of the Red Sea through a series of interconnected pavilions housing event spaces, laboratory, restaurants,
and retail. This unique facility integrates active coral cultivation research with public engagement, positioning it as
both a scientific and cultural destination within the Jeddah Central masterplan. Conserve was engaged as Sustainability
Consultant and Commissioning Authority for Design and Construction stages, coordinating dual LEED v4 BD+C and
MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification. Our team embedded sustainability principles across the full project lifecycle from
building envelope performance and water efficiency in aquatic systems to commissioning of specialized mechanical
and electrical installations serving the marine environment. Compliance documentation, stakeholder workshops, and
on-site inspections ensured certification requirements were met at every stage
