Project Summary
Conserve Solutions was engaged to provide LEED facilitation services for the enabling and piling works of the City Centre project in Sharjah. This super-regional shopping mall anchors the 1.3 million square meter. The project targets LEED Gold certification under the LEED v2009 Core & Shell rating system, demonstrating Conserve’s commitment to sustainable urban development.
Conserve Solutions supported the project throughout the construction phase, ensuring alignment with LEED criteria in energy efficiency, site sustainability, indoor environmental quality, and material resource management.
