Social Habilitation Centre in Al Ula, KSA

The ULA14 Social Habitation Center is a purposeful community facility comprising three specialized buildings: an Early Childhood Education and Therapeutic Centre, a Male Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Centre, and a Female Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Centre providing inclusive vocational and therapeutic services for community members across the full spectrum of developmental and rehabilitation needs.

Conserve was appointed by main contractor to facilitate Estidama 2 Pearl Construction Stage certification. Our scope addressed the Pearl Rating System requirements tailored to the unique occupancy profiles of each specialist building, including indoor environment quality for therapeutic spaces, water and energy efficiency measures, and comprehensive credit documentation management through to certification.
