Project Summary

Conserve Solutions provided comprehensive pipe stress and structural analysis services for an LNG plant project. The scope encompassed seismic verification to guarantee piping system stability, extensive stress checks (sustain, thermal, occasional), and transportation impact analysis to validate pipe integrity during transit. Additionally, blast analysis was conducted to assess and mitigate explosion hazards. Modal and deflection analyses were performed to understand dynamic behaviour, while structural evaluations ensured the adequacy of support systems under various load conditions. These analyses were carried out using industry-standard approaches aligned with applicable codes and best practices, reflecting Conserve’s technical expertise in securing the safety and durability of critical LNG infrastructure.
