Mostadam is Saudi Arabia’s national green building rating system, developed to promote sustainability in the built environment while aligning with the country’s Vision 2030 goals. It provides a framework for enhancing environmental performance, optimizing resource efficiency, and improving the health and well-being of occupants. Mostadam applies to various project types, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring sustainability is integrated from the early design phase through to operations.

At Conserve Solutions, we provide end-to-end Mostadam Certification Services, supporting projects from concept to operation.
