Project Summary
Conserve Solutions executed a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) study for the generator room at the Hospital Project. The analysis involved developing a comprehensive 3D model representing the complete domain, equipment locations, and exhaust layouts. Boundary conditions such as temperature, airflow rates, and exhaust parameters were defined accurately to simulate real-world operating conditions.
The CFD simulation provided detailed insights into airflow behaviour, temperature distribution, and recirculation zones inside the generator room. Hotspots and areas with inadequate ventilation were identified, and targeted engineering recommendations were proposed to enhance air movement efficiency and thermal safety.
This project demonstrates Conserve’s expertise in CFD-based ventilation optimization of critical technical spaces like generator and electrical rooms, ensuring safe operation, temperature control, and compliance with HVAC performance standards.
