Project Summary
Conserve Solutions facilitated the GSAS sustainability compliance process during the construction stage of a premium 25-story residential tower located in Lusail City’s highly sought-after Waterfront District. The development, spanning over 33,700 sq. m., comprises 142 serviced apartments offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom configurations.
The project targeted a 2-Star GSAS rating in alignment with Lusail’s sustainable development guidelines. Our scope included construction-stage sustainability documentation, coordination with key project stakeholders, and the promotion of best practices in green construction. This project demonstrates Conserve’s proficiency in managing sustainability frameworks for high-rise residential developments within rigorously planned urban masterplans in Qatar.
