Project Summary
Conserve Solutions is supporting client in facilitating GSAS 3-Star certification for the National Health Laboratories project. The scope includes comprehensive MEP design support across critical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, chilled water, medical gas, and electrical services. Detailed design coordination and sustainability requirements compliance have been implemented, culminating in a detailed LOD 400 BIM model to ensure integrated, sustainable healthcare infrastructure development aligned with GSAS v2.1 standards.
