Project Summary

The SWRO Upgrade Project was undertaken to expand desalination capacity and improve operational efficiency. The upgraded seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) system was designed to deliver reliable potable water while minimizing environmental impact and operational downtime.

Conserve’s role encompassed engineering design, 3D modeling, and drafting services for seven skid packages, each supporting critical functions of the desalination process. The team was responsible for reviewing and incorporating HAZOP and SID comments, updating the 3D models to 100% design completion, and producing a full suite of IFC deliverables, including piping GA, isometric, and structural fabrication drawings. Structural and stress analysis was carried out to ensure integrity, safety, and compliance with internal engineering guidelines and relevant international codes.

Through coordinated multidisciplinary collaboration, Conserve delivered optimized designs and fabrication-ready documentation that enabled smooth execution and improved project constructability, contributing to the successful delivery.
