Job Summary
Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging international clients, with a strong focus on UK, US AND India-based markets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support Conserve Solutions’ growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the Engineering & Construction domain.
- Handle end-to-end business development activities for UK, US & India-based clients including lead generation and deal closure.
- Conduct business presentations, capability briefings, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth proposal submission and client onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain accurate business reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
Skills Required
- Mandatory experience in UK or US OR Indian client handling including lead generation, relationship management, proposal coordination, and closures.
- Proven background in Business Development within Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic, analytical, and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting systems.
Education & Experience
- UG: Any Graduate (PG preferred)
