Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and coordination for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role involves managing design development, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with client requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Develop architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed construction documentation.
- Coordinate design with structural, MEP, and interior teams, resolving design conflicts and ensuring project efficiency. Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality outputs across all project phases. Support project submissions, including planning applications, technical drawings, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, promoting knowledge sharing, professional development, and design excellence.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate design intent clearly and effectively. Oversee design detailing, interior layouts, bespoke joinery, and finishes to achieve high end standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, and presentation tools.
- Experience working on international projects (US/UK/Gulf preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and coordination.
Preferred
- Experience in BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
