Residential Property Rear Extension Development, Liverpool – UK

This residential project involved the design and documentation of a proposed single-storey rear extension to an existing semi-detached property in Liverpool. The extension was developed to enhance the ground floor accommodation and improve the overall usability of the internal living spaces.

Conserve prepared the Stage 4 technical drawing package, coordinated the construction documentation, and produced architectural visualizations to support the proposed development. The scheme was designed in accordance with relevant UK Building Regulations and residential planning requirements.
