JCDC Master Plan – Phase 1 in Jeddah, KSA

The Jeddah Central Development Master Plan Phase 1 is one of the most ambitious urban transformation projects in the Kingdom, converting a 4.7 million sqm brownfield site into a 5.7 million sqm integrated waterfront masterplan including significant Red Sea land reclamation.

The development aspires to become Jeddah’s defining waterfront destination, blending culture, hospitality, retail, and public realm to the highest environmental standards.

Conserve Solution was appointed as Sustainability Supervision Consultant, overseeing construction compliance across the entire masterplan against LEED v4.1 Communities Platinum and MOSTADAM Communities Diamond requirements, the highest possible ratings under both frameworks.

Our supervision encompassed review and verification of contractor compliance documentation across all infrastructure packages, coordination of sustainability reporting to JCDC, and guidance to construction teams on maintaining alignment with certification requirements, reflecting Conserve’s capacity to manage sustainability at the scale of an entire city district.
