Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to head global finance operations and act as a strategic partner to the Sr. Executive and leadership team in Conserve Solutions. This role will drive financial strategy, governance, compliance, and business partnering across geographies. The incumbent will ensure strong financial controls, transparency, scalability, and support for sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead global finance strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, period-end and year-end closures in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across India and all operating international jurisdictions, including transfer pricing and cross-border regulations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost optimization, management reporting, including regular MIS (Management Information System) for Sr. Executives and leadership
- Own cash flow management, treasury operations, working capital, liquidity planning, ensuring adequate funding for operations and growth.
- Lead internal and external audits, transfer pricing, strengthen internal control frameworks, risk management and financial governance.
- Partner closely with Sr. Executives and leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, investments, profitability improvement and new market expansion.
- Provide actionable financial insights, scenario analysis, long term planning and decision support for business leaders and owners.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global finance team, including succession planning and capability development.
- Drive process improvements, standardization and automation across finance functions, leverage technology and best practices.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external partners to support business objectives and optimize financial arrangements.
- Open to frequent domestic and international travel, as required for business reviews, client meetings, and leadership engagements.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of global accounting standards and international financial reporting practices, with experience supporting multi-country operations
- Strong exposure to global finance operations, governance, and compliance including experience in setting-up, scaling finance processes across geographies.
- Deep expertise in Indian taxation, statutory reporting, and transfer pricing, with hands-on experience managing audits and regulatory filings.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with business leadership, driving performance, and leading high-performing finance teams in a growth-oriented organization.
Education & Experience
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in multi-entity or multi-country environments
