Construction Stage GSAS Facilitation
Project Summary
Conserve Solutions provided Construction Stage GSAS facilitation for a complex comprising six buildings within Qatar, including the Main Fire Station, Preventive Security, Gym, Drill Tower, Accommodation, and a Truck Wash. The project targets a 3-Star GSAS rating under the Neighborhood Scheme, emphasizing sustainable design and construction practices for institutional and service buildings. The site of nearly 12,000 m² is part of Qatar’s strategic infrastructure development aimed at enhancing civil defense and community safety facilities.
Conserve’s facilitation covered sustainability documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with GSAS v2.1 guidelines, supporting Qatar’s national green building goals.
