Residential Apartment Project – Qatar

Conserve Solutions is providing sustainability facilitation services for the Residential Development, a multi-building project located in Qatar. The project includes multiple mid-rise residential buildings (B+G+4) across plots D16–19, D23, and N27, featuring 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments with a total plot area of approximately 4,642 sq. m. The initiative aims to achieve a 2-star rating under GSAS v2.0 Group Residential Typology, reinforcing sustainable design principles within Qatar’s evolving green urban landscape.
