Project Summary
Conserve Solutions delivered expert sustainability consulting for a premium resort and spa project located approximately 120 kilometers north of Doha, near Al Ruwais, Qatar. The 10-hectare project site, part of a broader 28-hectare masterplan, features a 60-room destination spa and a 120-room family resort with a combined gross built-up area of roughly 23,500 square meters. Extensive landscape elements—including outdoor recreational amenities, roads, and lagoons—reflect a commitment to holistic wellness and environmental stewardship.
Throughout construction, Conserve Solutions managed the comprehensive LEED v2009 New Construction documentation process, ensuring the project met all prerequisites and targeted performance criteria to achieve “Certified” status. Our coordinated approach emphasized sustainable site development, energy efficiency, and best practices in environmentally responsible resort construction. This project demonstrates the team’s ability to support hospitality clients in achieving internationally recognized green building certifications and contribute to Qatar’s leadership in sustainable development.
