Structural Design and Detailing – Structural Analysis
Project Summary
The project aimed to enhance plant performance and operational capacity through structural optimization and efficient design execution. Conserve delivered comprehensive structural design and detailing services for the Onshore Plants Project.
Our scope of services included the preparation of structural connection designs, Tekla-based 3D modeling, and the development of detailed shop and fabrication drawings derived from client-provided native models and force data. All activities were executed in accordance with the approved project scope, design drawings, and engineering specifications.
Conserve’s responsibilities covered the complete design of primary structural components, preparation of connection details, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication documentation. Deliverables included bolt lists, profile lists, paint lists, and material take-offs (MTOs), ensuring precision and clarity across all outputs.
Additionally, Conserve prepared a comprehensive design completion report, verifying that all structural elements were accurately detailed, fully coordinated, and ready for seamless fabrication and installation in compliance with project standards and industry best practices.
