Project Summary
The project was initiated to provide modular, containerized seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) units that offer high-capacity desalination on a flexible, deployable basis. Such rental assets are especially valuable for addressing emergency, temporary, or variable water demands — for example, during plant outages, peak demand periods, or remote site requirements — and to support mission of delivering mobile water treatment solutions.
Conserve delivered comprehensive 3D modeling, structural and mechanical design, piping layout, and E&I drafting in compliance with internal standards and international engineering standards. Pipe stress analysis and structural validation ensured system integrity under operational and environmental loads. The scope included preparation of GA, isometric, structural, and container fit-out drawings, along with a complete BOM for procurement and construction. Conserve’s deliverables enabled efficient installation, coordinated layouts, and reliable long-term operation.
